These terms and conditions apply to the Homeschool Habit app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Twelve Stack LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Application Use

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is beneficial and efficient. We reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated.

The Application may require internet access for certain functions. You are responsible for any data charges from your provider.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Application offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

Billing & Payment: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Payment details are processed by Apple, not the Service Provider.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings.

Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Refunds: All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly by Apple. The Service Provider cannot issue refunds or manage billing disputes.

Third-Party Processing: Subscription status is validated through a third-party service, RevenueCat, which securely processes purchase history and entitlement information. RevenueCat does not receive personal identifiers or payment details.

Data and Privacy

All app content you create (logs, notes, schedules) remains on your device. Subscription and purchase information is processed only by Apple and RevenueCat as described in our Privacy Policy.

Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. The Service Provider is not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your device or Apple ID.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. Continued use requires downloading available updates. We may discontinue the Application at any time, in which case these Terms will also end.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
